Smiling Acres Music Festival is situated on 40 acres of open land and wooded spaces in Trufant, Michigan. Please plan on arriving sometime after 9:00am Friday morning and work on getting your camp site set up. Spend the mid-day hours checking out our vendors, exploring the grounds, hiking on our trails, or just relaxing. There are five publicly accessible lakes conveniently located within five miles if you decide to bring a kayak. There are also 3,000 acres of state land close by if you really want to go exploring.
The stage opens at 5:00pm Friday and runs until Midnight with some great entertainment for your enjoyment. Saturday morning you can start by joining the group for Acoustic Yoga at 11:00am. As Saturday progresses there will be open mic starting at noon followed by another amazing lineup of talented artists throughout the rest of the day. A spectacular fireworks show will fill the time leading up to our closing act of the night. Sunday morning happens at your leisure, but please plan to depart the grounds by 3pm.
